RAISE-AP staff profiles are shown below.

EDUCATIONAL DIRECTOR

RAISE-AP was founded in 2025 by Craig McAllister. Craig has been a lead pastoral member, a Head of School and a member of the Executive Leadership Team at his previous SEN school.

CRAIG MCALLISTER

RAISE-AP DIRECTOR

Craig has worked in specaliset SEN provisions for nearly ten years as a lead member of the pastoral team, a Head of School and a member of the Executive Leadership Team at his previous SEN school.

LEAD TEACHER

The RAISE-AP Lead Teacher is Tracey Raufi, who has been a teacher in SEN schools for over ten years as well as most recently being an Assistant Headteacher of a SEN provision.

Tracey has been a teacher for over ten years, a recent Assistant Headteacher and currently is the Lead Teacher at RAISE-AP.

EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANTS

RAISE-AP are proud to partner with two educational consultants. David Crowley, acting as our challenge partner is a teacher of over 25 years. He has been in leadership across three schools, in both mainstream, independent, primary, secondary and post-16, including most recently being Headteacher at an Ofsted Outstanding specialist SEN school in Hampshire supporting students between 7-18 years old.

Jenna Warbrick is our SENCO consultant who has worked in education for over twenty years in a range of roles, including leadership. She has held the position of Designated Teacher and a member of Executive Leadership running large teams of SENCOs across various schools.

David has been a teacher of over 25 years, in leadership positions across three different schools, and most recently as a Headteacher of an Outstanding SEN school in the New Forest.
