The role of the challenge partners is to form a partnership between them and RAISE-AP, where they are committed to supporting the provision in providing the highest quality education for every young person.

There is nothing wrong with institutional loyalty or in-house expertise. Teachers and administrators who have dedicated years to a school bring invaluable context, relationships, and commitment. But that same depth of experience can become a blind spot. When everyone in a building has grown up with the same systems, the same routines, and the same professional norms, it becomes extraordinarily difficult to question them.
